Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines help keep Divioma safe and respectful for everyone. They apply to the website, mobile app, and all user-generated content.

1. Be respectful

Treat others with respect and communicate professionally.

No harassment.

No intimidation.

No abusive language.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

Threats or incitement to violence.

Discrimination or hate based on protected characteristics.

Publishing someone else's personal data without permission (doxxing).

Defamation or knowingly false statements that harm a person's reputation.

Illegal activity or instructions to commit illegal acts.

Fraud or deceptive practices.

Impersonation.

Spam or unsolicited commercial content.

3. Safety and emergencies

Divioma is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

We do not monitor all communications and cannot guarantee the conduct of users.

We may cooperate with authorities where required by law.

4. Reviews and feedback

Reviews must be based on your personal experience with the service.

Reviews must be truthful and reflect your genuine personal experience.

Reviews should not contain statements presented as facts that cannot reasonably be verified.

Do not accuse others of crimes without evidence.

Do not include personal data of third parties.

Personal opinions and honest experiences are allowed when they are relevant and respectful.

We may remove or restrict reviews where we receive a substantiated complaint that the review is unlawful, misleading, or violates these Guidelines.

5. Reporting and enforcement

You can report content or behavior that violates these guidelines.

Reports are assessed case-by-case.

We may notify users about actions taken.

Enforcement measures are applied proportionately and may include warnings, content removal, temporary restrictions, or permanent suspension depending on the severity and recurrence of the violation.

We may act to comply with EU law.

We may update these Guidelines. We will post the new version and update the date above.
