Account Deletion

1. How to delete your account

In the Divioma app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm the action to start deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email support@divioma.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Account Deletion”. We will verify ownership before deleting.

2. Data that will be deleted

Account and profile data (name, email, phone, role, avatar).

Service data and content (bio, skills, listings), requests/orders, chats, and attachments.

Device identifiers, push tokens, and location data linked to the account.

3. Data that may be retained

Reviews you left may remain visible to other users, but will be detached from your profile.

Records required by law (for example, accounting or fraud-prevention logs) are kept only for the legally required period.

4. Timing

We start processing immediately after confirmation and complete deletion without undue delay.
